Here’s to You and other ideas

Today’s ‘missive’ comes from the gorgeousness that is Neville Goddard’s lecture “Test Yourselves”. available to read free online. Quote: Faith is not complete until through experiment it becomes experience. God’s promise cannot be tested. It cannot be earned, for it is given by grace. But your faith will be increased when you experiment… — end quote . The message is clear, if faith seems to elude you, it needs a basis and that basis is experience. So, if you have been putting off testing the theories because you fear you lack faith or if you feel discouraged by a lack of progress, remember that your faith grows the more you experiment. In other words, trial and error is requisite and the path to achieving your manifesting goals.

On getting rid of what you don’t need…

In the words of Nina Simone, “ it’s a new day, it’s a new dawn, it’s a new life… and I’m feeling good” Wanted to share this from my morning study, if you would so graciously permit. BTW, when’s the last time you realised that you are awesome? So, my thoughts this morning tended towards the following… What we acquire in consciousness rather heavily depends on our ability to let go of what we don’t want. Thankfully this jettisoning of the unedifying is as simple as taking our attention away from it and placing it on the thing we want instead. Make the thing that seems way out of reach the object of your attention and it will soon replace in time and space the thing you no longer have need of. Try it and enjoy!

On what you feel and why it matters…

It is often said that feelings are not facts but for the conscious imagineer, feelings become facts and so we cannot be too careful when it comes to the feelings we allow on a daily basis. Our feelings are also one of the clearest ways to identify our state of consciousness (who we really are). Relative to any given situation, a feeling of anxiety or one of restful confidence/ excitement/ thankfulness is going to tell you everything you need to know about how close you are to having what you want. Beyond what you’re thinking, regularly check in with what you are feeling. An adjustment to that end may/can and WILL produce a corresponding physical change — feel good about your deepest desires? You should.

Yours in friendship … Kate xx
